Job description
Requirements
- 10+ years of SAP experience in implementation, support, and rollout projects.
- Strong knowledge of #SAPSD configuration, implementation, and production support.
- Experience in #ticketresolution, #SLAmanagement, #RootCauseAnalysis (#RCA), and #ITIL processes.
- Knowledge of #ASAPimplementationmethodology and #SDbusiness processes.
- Strong understanding of SD organizational structure, master data, sales order, delivery, shipment, and invoicing processes.
- Experience with User Exits, VOFM routines, Customer Exits, SD tables, and structures.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams across different time zones.
- Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant #SAPcertification and domain experience preferred.
