Key Responsibilities Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Configure and customize SAP modules, ensuring alignment with project goals and business processes. Support SAP implementation projects, including system upgrades and enhancements, to maintain optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring data integrity. Create comprehensive documentation, including technical reports and user guides, to facilitate knowledge sharing and training. Train end users on SAP functionalities, providing ongoing post-implementation support to maximize adoption. Collaborate closely with functional teams, developers, and project managers to deliver integrated solutions. Ensure data accuracy, security, and system performance through continuous monitoring and optimization. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. Proven experience with SAP ERP or S/4HANA systems, including at least one SAP module such as Finance (FI), Logistics (LO), or Human Resources (HR). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex system challenges. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Basic knowledge of databases and system integration concepts. Preferred: SAP certification in relevant modules to validate expertise. Experience in SAP implementation lifecycle and upgrade projects.
