SAP FICO Functional Lead

Tasks

• Lead SAP Finance & Controlling implementation, testing, and production support initiatives.
• Lead testing activities, resolve complex issues, and drive deliverables independently.

Requirements

• First preference local Chicago, IL (Onsite) Nearby State
• Overall Experience: 13+ Years
• SAP FICO: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting (AA) and Bank Accounting
• Cost Center Accounting (CCA) and Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
• SAP FSCM, Accounts Receivable & Collections
• SIT, UAT, Regression Testing & End-to-End Business Process Validation
• SAP integration testing across FICO, MM, SD, Group Reporting & BI Reporting
• Production Support, Requirement Gathering, Fit-Gap Analysis & Solution Design
• Preferred: Tricentis Tosca test automation experience
• Preferred: MuleSoft or other middleware integration experience
• Preferred: SAP S/4HANA upgrade testing experience
• At least one SAP FICO implementation and support experience
• Strong functional expertise across SAP Finance & Controlling processes
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
