SAP IS-U CIS Test Lead

Tasks

• Own end-to-end test strategy, master test plans, schedules, and deliverables.
• Lead SIT, UAT, regression, integration, cutover, and go-live testing.
• Develop test scenarios, test cases, and scripts for SAP IS-U utility processes.
• Validate customer lifecycle, meter-to-cash, billing, invoicing, payments, and collections.
• Ensure integration testing across AMI/MDM, customer channels, payment platforms, and finance systems.
• Manage test data, environments, defect triage, retesting, and business sign-off.
• Track test progress, quality metrics, risks, and readiness using Azure DevOps (ADO) Test Plans.
• Coordinate with utility stakeholders, implementation partners, and technical teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of SAP testing experience.
• 2+ years leading testing for large-scale implementations or transformation programs.
• Direct SAP IS-U implementation testing experience for an electric, gas, or water utility.
• Strong expertise in SAP IS-U customer, meter-to-cash, billing, and payment processes.
• Hands-on ownership of test strategy, test plans, scenarios, and scripts.
• Experience with SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, and business sign-off.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) and ADO Test Plans.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Preferred: SAP S/4HANA for Utilities or SAP IS-U modernization experience.
