Seniority: Senior Consultant / Lead level (5+ years preferred)
Overview:Senior SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) Consultant responsible for end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, with a focus on sales order management, pricing, billing, and revenue realization in SAP S/4HANA.
This role will play a critical part in designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA O2C solutions to support revenue growth, customer experience, and operational efficiency within a manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP ECC and S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD), deep understanding of order fulfillment processes, and a proven track record in delivering successful SAP implementations.
Responsibilities:
1. Solution Design and ArchitectureLead the design of SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (O2C) solutions aligned with business and commercial objectives.Architect end-to-end O2C processes including Sales Order Management, Pricing and Conditions, Billing and Invoicing, Credit Management, and Returns and Customer Claims.Define pricing strategies, discount structures, and customer hierarchies.Ensure seamless integration between SD, FI, MM, and logistics processes.
2. Implementation and ConfigurationConfigure and implement SAP SD modules in both ECC and S/4HANA environments.Support integration with Finance (FI), Materials Management (MM), and logistics/warehouse operations.Configure pricing procedures, billing types, and output determination.Enable real-time order tracking and reporting using S/4HANA capabilities.
3. Project Management & DeliveryCollaborate with project managers to define scope, timelines, and deliverables for O2C workstreams.Lead business workshops with sales, customer service, and finance stakeholders.Ensure successful delivery across all project phases: design, build, test, deploy, and hypercare.Support data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and go-live activities.
4. Collaboration and CommunicationAct as a key liaison between Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and IT teams.Translate business requirements into SAP solutions and vice versa.Drive alignment between commercial processes and system capabilities.Provide training and knowledge transfer to business users.
5. Performance OptimizationIdentify and implement opportunities to improve order processing efficiency and accuracy.Optimize pricing execution, billing cycles, and revenue realization.Enhance customer experience through streamlined order fulfillment.Leverage S/4HANA in-memory capabilities for real-time sales and operational insights.
Key SkillsDeep expertise in SAP SD (ECC + S/4HANA).Strong experience with Pricing and Billing (mandatory), Sales Order Processing, Credit Management, and Returns/dispute management.Integration knowledge with FI, MM, and logistics/warehouse systems.Understanding of order fulfillment processes in manufacturing environments.S/4HANA knowledge (Fiori apps, embedded analytics).

Essential RequirementsLanguage: Fluent English (mandatory – business + technical communication).SAP Background: Strong experience in both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.Industry Experience: Manufacturing (REQUIRED), Automotive (strong plus).Project Experience: At least 1–2 full lifecycle SAP implementations.Proven ability to work in complex, global transformation programs.
This role is not a staff augmentation profile.We are targeting a senior, hands-on SAP O2C consultant who can design, configure, and influence business decisions in a complex S/4HANA manufacturing transformation environment.
