SAP PaPM Solution Specialist (SAP Functional Analyst Sr)

About the role

Support a large-scale S/4HANA transformation.

Work with Finance, Controlling, SAP functional teams, and the implementation partner.

Tasks

• Design, configure, and maintain SAP PaPM models for cost allocation, profitability analysis, and performance management
• Develop and validate calculation models and allocation logic
• Translate Finance/Controlling business rules into technical solutions
• Support data integration, model performance optimization, and troubleshooting
• Ensure financial reporting requirements are met with auditable, scalable solutions
• Participate in testing, validation, documentation, and knowledge transfer

Requirements

• Hands-on SAP PaPM experience
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling
• Experience with cost allocation, profitability analysis, and financial performance modeling
• Ability to design/configure calculation models and allocation logic
• Cross-functional experience with Finance, IT, and implementation partners
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• SAP PaPM certification (nice to have)
• Large-scale S/4HANA transformation experience (nice to have)
• Regulated industry or transportation sector exposure (nice to have)
• Experience with Universal Model, Pillar 2, or other PaPM frameworks (nice to have)

Schedule

• Hybrid; onsite every 3 months for PI meetings
• Contract: 12 months
