SAP RTR Lead/Senior Consultant

About the role

Support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program.

Tasks

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance greenfield implementation.
• Drive SAP RTR solution design, configuration, and finance process harmonization.
• Manage complex data migration from SAP ECC and non-SAP legacy systems.
• Lead migration validation, financial reconciliation, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams and senior finance stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of SAP Finance experience.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA implementation and greenfield project experience.
• Expertise in SAP FI/RTR, General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), Intercompany Accounting, and Financial Closing.
• Hands-on experience with finance data migration, SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, or equivalent tools.
• Experience with global implementations, SIT/UAT, cutover, and go-live.
• Preferred: SAP S/4HANA Finance certification, SAP Central Finance, SAP Group Reporting, and BlackLine experience.
