Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze detailed requirements for production planning and quality management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Configure and implement SAP S/4HANA PP and QM modules, tailoring solutions to optimize manufacturing workflows and quality control. Provide expert functional support during system testing phases, including unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment, ensuring smooth rollouts. Develop comprehensive documentation such as functional specifications, process flows, and end-user training materials to facilitate knowledge transfer and adoption. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues promptly to minimize business disruptions and maintain system integrity. Engage actively in project meetings, reporting progress and collaborating with cross-functional teams including project managers and business analysts. Monitor system performance post-implementation and recommend enhancements to improve user experience and operational efficiency. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, specifically in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. Proven expertise in SAP configuration, implementation, and support processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Preferred: Industry-recognized SAP certifications, such as SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA for Production Planning & Manufacturing. Experience with SAP testing tools and methodologies. Familiarity with manufacturing industry standards and best practices.
