SAP SuccessFactors HCM Time Lead

Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Payroll deployments
Manage US Bi-Weekly Payroll Processing across multiple states
Handle Federal & Multi-State Payroll Tax Compliance (Federal, State & Local Taxes)
Process Payroll Liabilities, including Form 941, Form 940, SUTA, SIT, FUTA, and W-2 reporting
Configure and support Wage Types, Earnings, Deductions, Benefits, Garnishments, and Taxation
Support Finance & Accounting Integration, Payroll Posting, Bank Interfaces, ACH/Direct Deposit, and Payment Processing
Manage Payroll Data Migration, Historical Payroll Checks, and W-2 History conversions
Time Management Expertise
SAP CATS to SuccessFactors Time Management Migration
Time Tracking, Attendance & Absence Management
Overtime Rules & Shift Premium Calculations
Work Schedules, Rostering & Shift Planning
Schedule Deviations & Substitutions

Experience with SuccessFactors Time Management
Integration experience with SAP S/4HANA and Finance modules
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
