About the role

Confidential is looking for a skilled and reliable scaffolder to support construction and installation projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct, lead, and maintain scaffolds safely and efficiently.
• Inspect scaffolding and help ensure a safe, healthy job site.
• Ensure proper use and handling of scaffolding materials and tools.
• Follow safety standards and procedures at all times.
• Assist in maintaining and organizing scaffolding materials.
• Report issues, hazards, and damage immediately.

Requirements

• High school graduate or vocational diploma.
• Scaffolding experience is not required.
• Knowledge of scaffolding materials, types, and safe erection and dismantling.
• Physically fit and willing to work at heights.
• Good teamwork, communication, and safety awareness.
• Willing to follow safety rules, procedures, and instructions.
