School Support Field Technician

Tasks

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printing, and connectivity issues
• Maintain Chromebook carts, computer labs, and student devices
• Support classroom technology, interactive panels, and AV equipment
• Install updates, configure devices, and assist with equipment deployments
• Maintain accurate asset records and document tickets in a ticketing system
• Coordinate with school staff and advanced IT support teams to resolve issues

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of IT / Field Technical Support experience
• CompTIA A+ Certification - Mandatory
• Strong hands-on experience with desk-side support and break/fix troubleshooting
• Experience supporting Chromebooks, iPads, macOS, and iOS devices
• Knowledge of Windows PCs, printers, interactive whiteboards, and digital signage
• Basic networking and wireless troubleshooting skills
• Experience installing operating system updates, patches, and IT equipment
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a fingerprint-based background check

Schedule

• Initial 1-year contract, with potential annual extensions
• Onsite
• Work hours may vary according to school schedules and events.
