Qualifications:
• BS in Mining Engineering.
• RA 1080 (Board Passer).
• Has technical report writing skills, analytical thinking and is result-oriented.

Scope:
• Shall directly to the CENRO/PENRO and shall be the focal person for the Mines Sector in the CENRO/PENRO;
• Shall act on complaints or issues on mining in the CENRO/PENRO; shall determine whether said complaints or issues is within the concern of the Mines Sector, otherwise, shall prepare an endorsement to the local person of the sector concerned (Forestry, Lands, Environment, etc.) to be signed by the CENRO/PENRO Office.
• If the complaint or issue is within the concern of the Mines Sector, shall conduct an initial investigation or assessment and prepare an submittal report to the CENRO/PENRO as the case may be, outlining the issues at hand, background, initial findings, recommendations/courses of action;
• Shall prepare and submit to the CENRO/PENRO, the Memorandum of Understanding (MOA) report to the MGB Regional Office, for further actions.
• Shall submit monthly accomplishment reports to the CENRO/PENRO copy furnished to the MGB Regional Office concerned;
• Shall attend the monthly meetings at the MGB Region 3;
• Shall respond to queries relating to mining sector, and
• Does other tasks related to mining concerns as may be assigned by the CENRO/PENRO.
• Willing to be assigned to CENRO Bagac Bataan.
