Scrum Master

Tasks

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and remove impediments to keep the team on track.
• Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to align project goals.
• Promote continuous improvement, team collaboration, and delivery efficiency.
• Track Agile metrics and report on team performance.
• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and Agile leaders to ensure alignment across teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum frameworks, and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Trello, or similar Agile project management tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with software development life cycles and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Preferred: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or equivalent Agile certification.
• Preferred: Knowledge of CI/CD practices and cloud-based software projects.
• Preferred: Familiarity with modern software development technologies.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
