Job description
Tasks
- Coach and mentor Agile teams on Agile, Scrum, and Kanban principles and practices.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Support multiple teams in achieving delivery objectives, KPIs, and product outcomes.
- Identify and remove impediments, manage risks, and resolve team conflicts.
- Drive continuous improvement, customer value, quality, and Agile maturity.
- Facilitate collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
- Support scaled planning activities and Scrum of Scrums.
- Help teams with different levels of Agile maturity improve their Agile practices and delivery effectiveness.

- Candidates must be able to work onsite 3 days/week and attend an in-person interview in Boston, MA.
