Requirements

• 8–12 Years
• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience supporting product engineering teams
• Strong Agile / Scrum delivery experience
• Banking & Financial Services domain expertise
• Experience with Product Development Lifecycle
• JIRA & Confluence
• Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews & Retrospectives
• Agile Metrics, Velocity & Release Planning
• Risk, Dependency & Impediment Management
• Strong Stakeholder Management
• Scrum Master Certification – CSM, PSM, or equivalent
• Experience in Banking, Payments, Lending, Risk, Wealth Management, or Financial Platforms is highly preferred.
