Scrum Master

Tasks

• Coach and mentor Agile teams on Agile, Scrum, and Kanban principles and practices
• Lead Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Support multiple teams in achieving delivery objectives, KPIs, and product outcomes
• Identify and remove impediments, manage risks, and resolve team conflicts
• Drive continuous improvement, customer value, quality, and Agile maturity
• Facilitate collaboration among technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership
• Support scaled planning activities and Scrum of Scrums
• Help teams at different levels of Agile maturity improve their practices and delivery effectiveness

Requirements

• Candidates must be able to work onsite three days a week and attend an in-person interview in Boston.

Schedule

• Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week
