Hi,
We are seeking an experienced Agile Professional with strong expertise in Agile methodologies, including XP, Lean, RUP, Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business processes and proven experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the successful delivery of projects while promoting Agile best practices. The role requires excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills to align business objectives with delivery outcomes. Experience in coaching teams and fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning is highly desirable.
