Job description
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software application delivery and Agile delivery environments.
- Experience working with global Agile teams, including teams in Peru and Mexico.
- Knowledge of Scrum, XP, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Strong application delivery background with the ability to coach teams on Agile principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Agile certification such as CSM, CSPO, CSP, PMI-ACP, SA, SPC, RTE, SSM, or SASM.
- Nice-to-have: Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) or IAM experience.
- Nice-to-have: Banking or regulatory environment experience.
- Nice-to-have: Spanish or French language proficiency.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with backlog management, Agile metrics, and Power BI.
Schedule
- Contract: 3 months, with potential extension up to 12 months
- Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM (37.5 hours/week)
- Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week
