Job description
Tasks
- Clean and sanitize work areas
- provide cooks with crawfish
- carry crawfish to and from work areas
- remove trash and clean kitchen garbage bags
- store crawfish in coolers in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage
- weigh crawfish
- wash crawfish, peel, and cut shrimp to prepare for cooking
