• Hotel supervisor experience – probably the strongest advantage.
• DO 174 knowledge – especially useful if the role involves manpower agencies, contractors, or compliance.
• Communication & people skills – handling employees, clients, and management.
• Leadership and reliability – integrity, work ethic, teamwork, and professionalism.
• Administrative/organizational skills – computer literate, documentation, scheduling, coordination.
• Education – a college degree is required.
• Exposure under pressure – maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced hotel/work environment.
