Job description
Tasks
- Responsible for supervising daily production activities, ensuring team compliance with operational procedures, quality standards, and food safety regulations while meeting productivity targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or any related field
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in production, preferably in the food industry
- Strong knowledge of production operations, HACCP, GMP, and quality control standards
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to handle manpower scheduling and performance monitoring
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and in a fast-paced environment
