Security Officer Grade C & Dog Handler – Germiston

LOBAMBO SECURITY Services is hiring full-time Security Officer Grade C professionals for armed and unarmed duties, as well as a Dog Handler, in Germiston. This role supports the safety of clients, employees, and property through vigilant patrols, surveillance, and effective incident response.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol designated areas and conduct surveillance to deter and identify security breaches.
• Monitor security equipment and report relevant activity or findings.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies, assess situations, and take appropriate action.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
• Communicate professionally with the public and employees about safety concerns.
• For Dog Handler duties, work with trained dogs during security checks and patrols to help detect prohibited items.
• Keep accurate daily activity, incident, and security reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Matric Certificate (Grade 12) required.
• Physical fitness and proven surveillance skills required.
• Previous security experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Relevant security certifications are beneficial.
• Familiarity with security equipment, software, and standard communication tools is helpful.
