Key Responsibilities

• Monitor mall premises for theft, vandalism, and other unlawful activity.
• Patrol the mall and surrounding areas to help maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances promptly.
• Assist customers and provide a reassuring, visible security presence.
• Document incidents and emergencies in clear, detailed reports.
• Coordinate with mall management and local law enforcement when needed.
• Communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous security or surveillance experience preferred.
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
• Security or surveillance certifications are a plus.
• Basic familiarity with security systems and technology is desirable.
