Selling & Education Specialist/Freelancer

Tasks

• Confidently approach and engage clients on the sales floor
• Consult, recommend products, and build a complete sale
• Build strong relationships with Sephora Beauty Advisors and leadership teams
• Plan and execute store-level events and product education
• Deliver engaging trainings and help build brand advocacy
• Follow retailer guidelines and standards while representing Danessa Myricks Beauty
• Complete reporting accurately and on time
• Communicate and collaborate with their Account Coordinator, Account Executive, and Corporate Sales Team

Requirements

• Experience in beauty retail, artistry, sales, and/or education
• Previous Sephora or cosmetics experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable taking initiative, adapting quickly, and creating an incredible experience for both clients and store teams

Schedule

• Part-time freelance opportunity
• Averaging approximately 36–40 hours per month, with hours varying based on the needs of the business
• Flexibility and availability Thursday - Sunday, with a strong focus on supporting Sephora during peak business periods
