Salary Range: $80,000–$95,000

Key Responsibilities

Lead month-end and year-end close activitiesPrepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reportsAnalyze financial results and investigate account variancesAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processesSupport annual audits and compliance requirementsMaintain and improve accounting processes and internal controlsPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reportingAssist with special projects and management reporting requests

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance3+ years of progressive accounting experienceStrong understanding of GAAP and financial reportingExperience with general ledger accounting and month-end closeProficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting systemsStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
