QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field3–8 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably with a major company or large corporate divisionPublic accounting experience is preferred but not requiredCPA or parts passed is preferred but not requiredStrong understanding of GAAPExperience in an Architecture, Construction, Professional Services or Project Accounting is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivatedStrong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
