Senior Accountant

Tasks

• Organize financial data for multiple companies and prepare consolidated financial statements
• Perform cost accounting and cost analysis, including product costing, gross margin analysis, and operating cost analysis
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes and prepare management reports
• Support group-level financial analysis and provide management with insights for operational and financial decision-making
• Assist in improving financial processes, internal controls, and the group’s financial reporting system

Requirements

• 10+ years of finance/accounting experience in Canada
• Strong knowledge of Canadian accounting standards and corporate financial operations
• Experience preparing consolidated financial statements for multiple companies
• Strong experience in cost accounting and financial analysis
• Proficiency in Sage
• CPA or CPA Candidate preferred
• Fluency in both Chinese and English
• Willingness to travel
