Senior Accountant Cum HR

Oversee full-set accounting and prepare timely monthly financial reports. Manage budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Serve as the main point of contact for auditors, tax agents, bankers, and company secretaries. Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB/tax submissions. Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and policy compliance. Ensure full adherence to local Malaysian labor laws and employment regulations. Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in full-set accounting and HR administration. Proficiency in accounting software, specifically AutoCount. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax regulations, statutory compliance, and payroll handling. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to handle full-set accounts and tax filings independently.
