Senior Accounting Manager Accounting Lead

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our team as a Senior Accounting Manager / Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, maintaining full accounting records, managing tax compliance (primarily with the BIR), and leading a small team of two accounting staff members. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in Philippine tax laws, exceptional leadership skills, and hands-on experience in financial reporting and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities include Audit & Annual Tax Filing (Auditor Liaison), Taxation & Compliance (BIR), Financial Management & Accounting, Team Leadership & Management, and ensuring Statutory & Regulatory Requirements are met. Qualifications include CPA license, Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Finance, 3–5 years of experience, proven track record with BIR processes, supervisory experience, and proficiency in accounting software. Salary ranges from ₱50,000 to ₱70,000 per month. Employment type: full_time.
