Senior Ad Operations What we are looking for:· Experience: 5–8+ years in Ad Operations / Programmatic (with 2+ years leading operational teams).· Leadership: Proven ability to manage workloads, mentor staff, and oversee ticket workflows via Monday.com.· Platform Expertise: Advanced administration of ad tech platforms (SpringServe, Publica, Xandr, Indicue, Elemental).· Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of VAST, OpenRTB, Prebid, and Header Bidding integrations.· Yield Optimization: Strong analytical skills to track revenue trends, win/fill rates, and drive monetization strategies.· Escalation Point: A natural problem-solver to handle cross-functional tech issues and resolve billing/reporting discrepancies.Good english comunication skills
