Job description

Tasks

You'll be supporting 5–12 Agile squads, helping teams strengthen Agile maturity, delivery effectiveness, and collaboration.

Requirements

10+ years of relevant experience with strong hands-on Agile coaching expertise
Proven experience coaching multiple Agile squads using Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks
Strong background in Product Owner coaching, user-story development, Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement
Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills
Experience with PI Planning, Big Room Planning, or Agile transformations is an asset
Banking or financial services experience is preferred

Schedule

Hybrid (2 days onsite, flexibility for 3–4 days as needed)
6-month contract
