🚀 We're Hiring: Senior Agile Program Manager
📍 Location: Washington, DC
📅 Duration: Contract on W2
Are you a seasoned Agile leader with a proven track record of driving enterprise-wide Agile transformations? We are seeking a Senior Agile Program Manager to lead strategic Agile modernization initiatives supporting the Federal Reserve Bank's Business & Technology Modernization (BTM) Program.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead large-scale Agile transformation initiatives across multiple teams and programs
✔ Drive Agile maturity assessments, coaching strategies, and continuous improvement frameworks
✔ Establish governance models, Agile playbooks, metrics, reporting, and stakeholder engagement processes
✔ Oversee Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters to ensure consistent Agile adoption and effectiveness
✔ Deliver data-driven insights on Agile performance, business value realization, and transformation progress
✔ Partner with executives, sponsors, and business stakeholders to align Agile practices with organizational goals
✔ Promote SAFe best practices while adapting Agile frameworks to organizational culture
Must-Have Skills:
✅ Recent Agile Transformation experience
✅ Deep expertise in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
✅ Strong hands-on experience with JIRA & Confluence
✅ 10+ years of professional experience
✅ 5+ years leading enterprise Agile transformations
✅ 5+ years coaching Agile teams
✅ Strong Program/Project Management background
✅ Agile maturity model development & assessment experience
✅ Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
⭐ Government or highly regulated industry experience
⭐ SAFe, CSM, CSPO, PMI-ACP, PMP, or equivalent Agile certifications
⭐ Bachelor's degree (Advanced degree preferred)
