About the role
EarnIn is making AI-native engineering a core capability in how it designs, builds, and ships. This role combines AI building and software development, with a focus on agents and harnesses that run in production and make decisions for people who depend on EarnIn to access their pay.
You’ll work at the intersection of platform engineering, developer experience, and applied AI, partnering with architects, domain leads, and product engineers to build tools, patterns, and guardrails for fast, safe, and durable AI adoption.
Responsibilities
- Design agents, including prompts, reasoning chains, and tools that take real actions.
- Build tools, patterns, and guardrails that support AI adoption.
- Examine how teams design, build, test, and ship, and identify steps an agent can handle.
