Senior AI Customer Data Platform (CDP) Engineer

Tasks

• Design and implement AI-powered solutions using CDP and Generative AI
• Build Customer 360, customer intelligence, segmentation, and personalization solutions
• Develop AI chatbots, virtual assistants, and customer service automation
• Integrate LLMs with CRM, customer data, marketing platforms, and enterprise applications
• Build RAG applications using structured and unstructured data
• Develop AI services and APIs using Python
• Implement customer identity resolution, data ingestion, segmentation, and activation
• Optimize prompts, model performance, and AI response quality
• Collaborate with Product, Business, Data, and Architecture teams
• Ensure data privacy, governance, security, and Responsible AI standards

• Strong experience in Customer 360, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and data-driven personalization
