Senior AI Engineer (LangChain & RAG) – Austin, TX

Hardik is hiring a Senior AI Engineer in Austin, Texas, to build and improve AI solutions using LangChain, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI analytics and data engineering. In this full-time, on-site role, you will work with data scientists and software engineers to create scalable AI workflows, reliable data pipelines, and effective performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI workflows using LangChain and RAG frameworks.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines for analyzing and reporting AI performance metrics.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to improve AI model performance and scalability.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate large datasets for analysis and reporting.
• Monitor developments in AI and apply relevant technologies and trends to project strategies.
• Test and validate AI models for reliability and efficiency.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in AI engineering or a closely related field.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and RAG applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with AI workflows, data engineering, and analytics.
• AI or data engineering certifications are a plus.
