Job description
Tasks
- Build custom AI solutions, automate business workflows, and deliver scalable Azure integrations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience.
- Strong C#/.NET development and enterprise integration experience.
- 3+ years with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure API Management.
- Hands-on agentic AI development using AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, or LangChain.
- 2+ years of LLMOps/AIOps and 1+ year using agentic workflow frameworks.
- Experience with RAG, multi-agent systems, AI observability, and evaluation pipelines.
- Knowledge of OpenTelemetry, Langfuse, Arize Phoenix, or Weights; Biases.
- Experience implementing AI guardrails for hallucinations, PII leakage, and prompt injection.
- Python experience is a plus.
- Insurance industry experience is strongly preferred.
