Tasks

• Design and develop LLM-powered agents using LangChain and LangGraph
• Build multi-agent workflows with state management and error recovery
• Develop RAG pipelines using hybrid search, re-ranking, and Reciprocal Rank Fusion
• Implement tool-calling agents and parallel API execution
• Build real-time AI streaming using WebSocket/SSE
• Integrate Azure OpenAI APIs with circuit breakers and fallback strategies
• Implement dynamic prompt management and caching
• Develop multimodal AI and image-analysis features
• Write production-quality Python code with testing, logg

Requirements

• Must currently reside in the St. Louis, MO area.
• 10+ years of software development experience with Python
• 2+ years of hands-on LLM/GenAI development
• LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent frameworks
• RAG: embeddings, vector search, re-ranking, and answer generation
• OpenAI APIs / Azure OpenAI, streaming, and tool calling
• Async Python: asyncio, httpx, and FastAPI
• Prompt engineering and structured JSON output
• Circuit breakers, retries, and fallback mechanisms
• PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy Async, and Alembic
• Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Microservices, distributed systems, and API design
• Preferred: LangGraph StateGraph and conditional workflows
• Preferred: Multi-agent orchestration and routing
• Preferred: RBAC and access control
• Preferred: Langfuse or similar LLM observability tools
• Preferred: WebSocket and SSE streaming
• Preferred: Multimodal AI and vision models
• Preferred: OpenSearch, Pinecone, or pgvector
• Preferred: AWS: Aurora PostgreSQL, SSM, IAM, and EKS
• Preferred: Telecommunications or field service experience
