Job description
About the role
You’ll support a major cloud contact centre migration and agentic AI rollout across multiple business units.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect (required)
- Experience with CCaaS (Contact Centre as a Service) platforms
- Experience with agentic AI or AI-enabled contact centre solutions
- Experience integrating contact centre platforms with enterprise applications and systems
- Able to work on-site in downtown Toronto 3 to 4 days per week
- End-to-end design, development, and integration experience on Amazon Connect
- Experience integrating with authentication services and CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) platforms
- Experience with IVR design and IVR integration APIs
- Ability to mentor and train other engineers on Amazon Connect and best practices
Schedule
- Hybrid, 3 to 4 days on-site
- Contract, ASAP to May 31, 2027 (potential for extension)
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm ET
