Senior Analyst, Strategy

About the role

White & Case LLP’s Strategy team helps shape the Firm’s long-term vision and support sustainable growth and competitive advantage. The team conducts market and financial analyses, evaluates the competitive landscape, formulates strategies and oversees their execution.

As part of the Strategy team, you will help formulate and execute strategic projects supporting the Firm’s 2028 vision of creating a distinctive client experience, and develop future phases of the Firm’s strategy. Under the direction of the Global Director of Strategy, you will collaborate with the Executive Committee (EC), Strategy Committees and task forces, functional leaders, and the strategy team.

Responsibilities

• Lead key workstreams within complex strategy engagements, working with the broader Strategy team, internal stakeholders and external consultants.
• Independently drive the research and analysis agenda.
• Take accountability for the quality and integrity of deliverables in PowerPoint, Excel and visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Proactively manage work plans and deadlines, anticipate risks, and take steps to manage and mitigate them.
• Collaborate to drive initiatives from strategy formulation to execution.
• Monitor industry trends, client needs and regulatory changes, and adapt the Firm’s strategies.
