About the role
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Senior Associate, Strategic & Corporate Development serves as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and executive team. The role combines analytical depth with hands-on execution across the Company’s financial and strategic priorities.
Tantalus Systems helps utilities modernize their distribution grids with smart grid solutions spanning connected devices, communications networks, data management, enterprise applications and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders on FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
- Support corporate finance and capital allocation decisions.
- Contribute to investor relations by helping prepare earnings and investor materials.
- Provide analytical support on M&A, strategic partnerships and contract negotiation.
- Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations, and build and maintain models.
