Job description
Tasks
- Manage sophisticated large loss, excess liability and high-exposure litigation.
- Analyze liability, damages and coverage; handle expert issues, discovery and complex motions.
- Represent clients in settlement proceedings and trial preparation while strengthening carrier relationships.
Requirements
- Senior-level litigation
- JD.
- Active PA law license.
- Strong insurance defense background.
- Independent large loss, excess liability or high-exposure litigation management.
- Preferred: NJ Bar, first/second-chair trials, catastrophic injury, excess carrier representation, client relationships or portable book.
- A portable book is not required.
