Job description
About the role
Handle sophisticated large-loss, excess-liability, and high-exposure insurance defense matters.
Tasks
- Manage complex litigation and develop case strategy.
- Analyze liability, damages, coverage, and excess exposure.
- Handle expert discovery, depositions, and complex motions.
- Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.
- Maintain client relationships and support practice development.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Active Pennsylvania law license required.
- Senior-level litigation and insurance defense experience.
- Experience handling large-loss, excess-liability, or other high-exposure matters.
- Ability to manage complex cases independently.
- New Jersey Bar admission, trial experience, and a portable book of business are advantageous.
