Senior AutoCAD Draughtsman

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior AutoCAD Draughtsman to join our dynamic team in América Dourada, Bahia, Brazil. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in shaping the design and drafting of civil engineering projects. Key Responsibilities Create detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD based on project specifications and requirements. Collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate representation and execution of designs. Review and modify existing drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct site visits to gather information and verify project details, collaborating with the construction team as needed. Assist in preparing project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and material lists. Mentor junior draughtsmen, providing guidance and support in technical drawing and AutoCAD skills. Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and innovative design solutions. Required and Preferred Qualifications Technical Diploma in Drafting or Design. Proficient in AutoCAD and civil drafting techniques. Strong team collaboration and communication skills. Experience with technical drawing and detailing. Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil drafting or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with industry-standard certifications is a plus.
