Senior Azure AI Document Intelligence Engineer (OCR)

Requirements

• 12+ years of overall IT experience
• 4+ years of experience in ML, OCR, computer vision, NLP, or intelligent document processing
• Hands-on experience building and evaluating document classification and field-extraction models
• Strong Python skills and experience processing complex invoices, contracts, tables, and line items
• Experience improving extraction accuracy, model monitoring, and automated validation
• Engineering or relevant technical degree
• Azure AI Document Intelligence (OCR)

• Python, SQL, REST APIs & JSON
• Generative AI (GenAI) & Azure OpenAI
• MLflow & Azure AI Search

• Data Validation, Confidence Scoring & Human-in-the-Loop Workflows
