🚨 URGENT HIRING | Senior Backend Developer – Digital Assets (Rust / Go / C++) 🚨
📍 Location: Remote or Onsite – New York, NY | Lake Mary, FL | Pittsburgh, PA

🏢 Work Schedule: Onsite roles require 4 days per week, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer to help build secure infrastructure for an institutional digital asset custody platform.
This is a backend engineering role, not a cryptography research position. You will work with a team of approximately 10 engineers on secure wallet infrastructure, blockchain integrations, distributed systems communication, and resilient backend services.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Build secure wallet infrastructure and digital asset custody backend services
✅ Integrate with blockchain networks and nodes
✅ Implement secure communication between distributed systems
✅ Apply secure coding practices and threat modeling
✅ Use cryptographic libraries such as OpenSSL in production software
✅ Collaborate with cryptographers and backend engineering teams
🔹 Required Skills:
✔️ 7+ years of backend software engineering experience
✔️ 4+ years of strong programming experience in Rust (preferred), Go, or C/C++
✔️ Experience building secure applications
✔️ Strong understanding of secure coding practices and threat modeling
✔️ Knowledge of blockchain, digital assets, wallets, and blockchain transactions
✔️ Experience with cryptographic libraries such as OpenSSL or similar
🔸 Nice-to-Have Skills:
▪️ Financial services or digital asset experience
▪️ HSM, MPC, TEE / Intel SGX
▪️ Smart contracts and tokenization
▪️ Cloud security and containerization
▪️ Secure storage and blockchain node integrations
▪️ Master’s degree
