🚨 HIRING: SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST |

🏢 Work Model: Hybrid — 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
📅 Contract Duration: 6 Months
💰 Rate: CAD $80–$90/hour (Inc.)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support enterprise IT initiatives, business process improvement, requirements engineering, and technology solution delivery.
🔑 Key Skills and Requirements:
✅ 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis and requirements management
✅ Strong expertise in UML, use cases, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and state diagrams
✅ Business process modeling, data flow modeling, conceptual and logical data modeling
✅ Requirements elicitation through stakeholder interviews, JAD sessions, workshops, and mockups
✅ Functional and non-functional requirements documentation
✅ ETL requirements, data ingestion, data sharing, and data mapping specifications
✅ Agile methodologies, product backlog grooming, Epics, and user story development
✅ AODA accessibility standards and related regulations
✅ Complex process flow analysis, business rules, and calculations
✅ Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
⭐ Nice to Have:
Environmental management, inspections, compliance, enforcement, or hazardous waste management systems
Soil management systems experience
SQL queries and RDBMS
JIRA, Microsoft Visio, Figma, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams
DevOps, Waterfall, change management, and requirements risk management
📌 Important Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must currently be based in Canada, preferably Toronto or the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Candidates must be available for the required onsite schedule in Toronto.
