Senior Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

In this role, you will lead requirement gathering, analyze complex business processes, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of business objectives within the telecom domain.

Tasks

• Lead requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and gap analysis. Create high-quality Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flows.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to define project scope and drive Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT).
• Translate high-level business goals into precise functional specifications for development teams.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), perform impact analysis, identify project risks/dependencies, and ensure target outcomes are achieved.
• Monitor project progress, communicate updates to leadership, and drive process optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ Years
• Telecommunications / Cable Domain Experience
• Direct Telecom / Cable industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with billing platforms (preferably ICOMS).
• Solid experience working with Salesforce.
• Strong proficiency in requirement elicitation, business process modeling, user story creation, and backlog management.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery.
