Senior Business Analyst

Tasks

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Support digital commerce experiences across mobile apps (iOS/Android), mobile web, and desktop platforms.
• Work with APIs, microservices, and request/response contracts.
• Leverage analytics and customer feedback tools to improve the digital customer experience.
• Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of Business Analysis and/or Product Owner experience
• eCommerce / Digital Retail experience
• Agile / Scrum methodologies
• JIRA or Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Strong user story writing and requirements gathering
• High-level understanding of APIs and microservices
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• B2C and eCommerce ordering experience (preferred)
• Adobe Analytics and/or Medallia (preferred)
• Experience with iOS, Android, mobile web, and desktop platforms (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
