Senior Business Analyst

Tasks

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Conduct data analysis and root cause analysis of data issues
• Develop and document business processes and data flows
• Support report development and data publishing initiatives
• Create and validate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design effective technical solutions
• Work with Power BI, Snowflake, and enterprise reporting environments

Requirements

• candidate must have State client experience related to oil,gas energy,petrolium or similar
• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience
• 8+ years of requirements gathering and report creation
• 8+ years of business process analysis and technical solution design
• 5+ years supporting UAT, training, and implementation activities
• 2+ years of experience with Power BI and Snowflake
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
• Preferred: Experience in the Oil & Gas Industry

Schedule

• Duration: 10+ Months (High possibility of extension)
• 100% Remote
