Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Business Consultant Sr Lead to join the Treasury & Risk – Risk Practice. The consultant will lead client engagements, facilitate requirements and solution design sessions, support product configuration and implementation, and provide training and post-go-live support.Key ResponsibilitiesLead client engagements from discovery through delivery.Conduct requirements gathering, workshops, and solution design sessions.Configure and implement software solutions based on client requirements.Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders throughout implementation.Deliver end-user training and post-go-live support.Translate business requirements into effective functional solutions.Support implementation of Treasury, Risk, and Banking products.Required Domain KnowledgeStrong experience in one or more of the following:Asset & Liability Management (ALM)Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP)Liquidity Risk ManagementIFRS 9 / Expected Credit Loss (ECL)Treasury & Risk management solutionsBanking product implementationPreferred Product / Vendor ExperienceExperience implementing ALM, Treasury, or Risk platforms such as:Oracle Applications / Oracle Financial ServicesWorkivaMurexFusion Risk / FinastraFusion KondorCalypsoAmbit Focus / Balance Sheet ManagementOther comparable Treasury, Risk, or ALM solutions from vendors such as Oracle, Moody’s, or Finastra
